The foreclosure process has been initiated on my home, can I still sell and what is the process?
Although we are not financial consultants or licensed "Foreclosure Consultant", the simple answer is Yes, you can still sell your home. We understand that this process can be overwhelming and paralyzing. However, time is of the essence if you wish to sell, once the court hearing takes place, we can't proceed with the purchase. Our owner Aaron Wilson has been involved in real estate investment since 2003, during that time he has conducted several deals up and down the east coast. Additionally, Aaron has been involved on the Business Operations side since 2011; most recently operating as the Director of Operations for a multi-million dollar Commercial Construction firm.
